The Colorectal Research Fund - Funding research into Crohns, Colitis and Bowel Cancer
Fundraising Events
Scroll down for the winner of the Valentine Quiz........xx
Every year, hundreds of people take part in our fundraising events with the aim of doing something for a good cause, having fun and raising money for The Colorectal Research Fund.  Our supporters have taken part in everything from Karaoke nights, sponsored walks, car boot sales, the  Flora London Marathon and Great North Run, the BUPA Great South Run and even trekking the great wall of China.

Our patients are our ambassadors and most of our supporters are patients and/or their friends and families.  As a small charity, we depend so much on your generosity to continue funding this area of academic research restricted by budget. We are very grateful to all our supporters without whom, we would fail to exist. We have organised a diary of events for this year and your support at these is very welcome. Please scroll down for more information.

"I did it everyone!!!  - And I'm not dead! - 1hour 1minute & 28seconds! I'd have done it in just 28 seconds if I'd have worn my Superman outfit - of course! But I'm happy with my time AND more importantly I am particularly VERY HAPPY with the great amount raised for the Colorectal Research Fund which carries out research to create and improve treatments for Crohn's Disease, Ulcerative Colitis, IBS and Bowel Cancer. All of your generous contributions have gone towards helping find effective treatments. so.......THANK YOU VERY VERY MUCH!!!"Mike Jewsbury

"I look forward immensely to the annual walk around Richmond park. The effort in communicating with well over 250 kind people who support me is well worth while, the atmosphere on the day is just great and the exercise is perfect. I look forward to participating in this event for many years to come and as long as my legs will permit, thank you for allowing me to join you all.Mike Greenaway Top Fundraiser 2007 - 2008 Read Mike's Story here.http://chalfontstgiles.buckinghamshireadvertiser.co.uk/2008/09/
